The Nitty Gritty
- You do
- Some pre-work 2 days before each session to get the juices flowing
- Try some experiments at home and report back on the progress: use the scripts and your growing self awareness to break the meltdown-react-repeat cycle
- I do
- Review your pre-work and plan our sessions accordingly
- Help you identify the good that is already there and some patterns for improvement
- Clarify what we should target and what’s OK to ignore or save for later
- Respond to voxer (voice chat) messages between sessions to help you check your progress and problem-solve in the moment

- Strategic planning: set some achievable goals for our work together
- Create scripts: plan personalized responses for those sure-fire meltdown situations
- Check on your progress and troubleshoot as needed
- Check-in sessions available to help you through new challenges or developmental stages

For 6 weeks, you’ll have a 1-hour live session.
OR choose the Intensive method:
- Kickstart with a 3 hour session where we break down specific traps that have kept you stuck and miserable.
- Take a deep dive with a 3 hour VIP day. We’ll work on conflict resolution and unlock skills to live a life on your terms.
